I don't want to be 40 year old single woman. I want to be done with the dating phase in my life by then. I hope to be with someone by that time and moving on to accomplishing other great things in my life. Conquering the world, with my partner by my side...or me by his side.

hmmm..Life's Request, we all have them.... I guess there is always something that we all want or desire, something that this never enough or we're just not pleased with. I think some of us are created to be single, whether it be for a short season or a life time. Being married I often question the ability of two beings attempting to be one person for the remainder of their life. I don't think this is our first nature, I think this is something we have to work at. That being said it seems as though men have a harder time working at it (lol). Some of us wish to be single with the benefits of marriage while others thrive and thirst for that special someone. So then what is life without someone to share it with? Life is what you make it to be. Right? Wrong? Who knows....
We are all missing something, searching for something, someone....
Maybe by the time we get our lives "together" and stop searching, 40 would then be the perfect age to marry someone instead of early twenties when we're still self exploring.

Remember God is a jealous God and he wants no man to come before him. Maybe he is not ready to share you ...maybe you are still becoming a whole woman...maybe he is still renewing you...
All I can say is enjoy the relationships you have now and open your heart for the ones to come. GOD KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING...TRUST HIM!
